These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoreClips AI ("the Service"), operated by CRITSO ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using CoreClips AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CoreClips AI is an AI-powered video intelligence platform that allows users to upload conference and event recordings and generate AI-powered summaries, transcripts, highlights, and exportable video clips.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at saurin@critso.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
CoreClips AI offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

All content, features, and functionality of CoreClips AI — including software, design, and trademarks — are owned by CRITSO. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CRITSO a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your billing portal.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRITSO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
