3. Video Content

Videos and recordings you upload are processed by our AI systems solely to deliver the Service features you requested. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Content is stored securely and deleted upon account termination per our data retention schedule.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Uploaded video content is deleted within 7 days of account termination.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

CoreClips AI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. International Users

CoreClips AI is operated from India. If you access the Service from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
