Not satisfied? Get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.

1. General Policy

All subscription fees paid to CoreClips AI are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with CoreClips AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email saurin@critso.com within 7 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.

3. Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date through your billing portal.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by CoreClips AI

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.

7. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement signed between CRITSO and the customer.
